CAR WASH SERVICE DISCLAIMER

 

 

PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER PRIOR TO USING OUR SERVICES. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICES MEANS THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS DISCLAIMER. THIS DISCLAIMER IS STATED BY “THE FIRST COLLECTION AT JUMEIRAH VILLAGE CIRCLE” PART OF “THE FIRST GROUP” AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDER PARTNER CEER CAR WASH PART OF “CEER TECHNOLOGY FZE”

1. Car Wash Service

   1. The First Collection Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash will be providing the following services:

• Exterior Wash includes dust removal, tyers shining, windows and mirror cleaning using 95% less water)

• Interior wash (full body wash): includes dashboard polishing and vacuuming

  1. Car detailing, stain removal, trunk cleaning, any special cleaning or any other cleaning not mentioned in point 1.1 will be excluded

 

Disclaimer: 

The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash including its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, agents, employees or contractors (collectively “The First Hotel at JVC “ & “CEER Car Wash” or “Our”) is not responsible in any manner for any damage that may occur while using our services and car wash including, but not limited to:

• Any damage related to pre-existing conditions (including but not limited to tears, stains, scratches, windshield cracks, dents, discoloration, or rust) or defects

• Customer’s negligence, customer’s gross negligence, customer’s intentional misconduct

 

limitation of responsibility:

The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash will not be responsible of any of the below while providing the service:

• Rock chipped windshields that crack

• Chipped paint that peels off or bubbles

• Damaged clear bra's that peel off

• Loose moldings

• Bug shields

• Luggage racks

• Glued on spoilers

• Vehicles that are wrapped

• Pre-existing damage and or deterioration

• Negligent repair work that leads to car wash damage from another repair facility

• Scratches

If in case any damage or any issue of the above is claimed by the client after completing the service, The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash will not held responsible unless official evidence is provided

 

Possessions Left in Vehicle: 

The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash are not responsible for any belongings that may be lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise disposed of in the course of cleaning your vehicle. Each customer should remove any belongings they consider to be of value before exiting their vehicle.

subject to the limitations stated in this disclaimer, The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash entire liability for providing services is limited to the total amount paid by a customer for such service, and in no event shall The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash be liable for damages resulting from a customer’s, or any third-party’s negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct, or from damages caused by The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash own negligent acts or omissions. furthermore, The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or costs of replacement) regardless of whether such alleged damages arise in tort, contract, or otherwise, even if such customer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if such damages are caused by or alleged to be caused by The First Hotel at JVC with our partner CEER Car Wash’s own negligent acts or omissions.
